Recently more than 100 of America’s greatest entrepreneurs gathered in New York for the Forbes 400 Summit on Philanthropy, a private discussion of ways to help solve the world’s most intractable problems. One of the more entertaining results was an unlikely musical duet between two of America’s greatest philanthropists, Warren Buffett and Jon Bon Jovi. Jon’s ‘JBJ Soul Foundation’ rescues those in need, most recently opening the Soul Kitchen, a community restaurant which invites diners to leave a donation for their meal, or if they can not, to volunteer. Buffett, besides being the greatest investor of all-time, is one of the greatest philanthropists, donating 99% of his fortune to charity.
